Religion of Peace?

Muslims are outraged... again. Everyone's favorite cave-dwelling terrorist posted an audio message today accusing the Pope of playing a lengthy role in a "new Crusade" against Islam and blasted European newspapers for publishing cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed (again).

How did the practicers of the "religion of peace" respond to this new tape? How else- by burning flags, rioting in the streets and promising attacks against Europe for this latest outrage.

This is starting to get old. What doesn't outrage Muslims at this point? Women reading outrages them. Criticizing their leaders for advocating violence against innocents creates outrage (because it "unfairly" characterizes Muslims as violent). Higher scrutiny of Muslims at airports or any other security checkpoints is profiling and creates outrage.

The Arab world used to be one of the most enlighten areas of the globe. While Europe was meddling its way through the Dark Ages, Arabs were inventing new technologies, had a vibrant culture, and outmatched us in education, wealth and knowledge. It is sad that the overall culture of the Arab world today promotes a de-evolution to more primitive times rather than enlightment and forward thinking Western civilization has promoted over the past 300 years.
